Re: A Legacy
Nice Arthur,
I read this as journey, where man challenges the creulty of nature. Survival a must, but not killing without regret.
Love this scene:
"The sun rises far above the ground
Above me
The snow that covers
The ground I stand on
Melts away
Running into streams
Nourishing
Gods’ valley
Showing the fragrance
Images of spring"
It's like rolling film in fast motion - showing nature's life cycle.
The images in this poem are vivid, and there is a lot to look at. I had a clear sense progression through time as you moved from one image to the next.
