Pretty Brown Eyes

He has a certain look,
That would make his mama proud,
He has a smile.
That would light up a room.
He has a deep smooth voice.
that would make a woman melt.
He wore gold all over,
that would blind you.
and his eyes,
His soft brown eyes shines through the light.
But look through them carefully.
they may be pretty,
But they're telling you something.
He's not what you thought he would be.
So turn around,
Don't look back.
He may be a dream.
But his pretty brown eyes,
will put you back to reality.

How I loved this poem. Pretty Brown Eyes I can relate to your words. My hubby of eighteen years has those pretty brown eyes.

Hi Fabiola,

My Dad always used to say..... Blue eyed people are down a quart and brown eyed people are full of Sh.t ........ Funnily enough I have a sister with brown eyes lol... and yeah she is usually full of it lol. But to tell the truth I love eyes.... all colors. Windows to the soul they are. I like the way you have written this .... dress it up good only to be served a warning. I wish all warnings came this way Beautiful write Fabiola
