The Hidden Place
Featuring Poets (in order of stanzas): mangodroplet, ¤Me¤, KayaOtah, MsJacquiiC, nomadicrhymer, Mysty

Rainbow jewels flit through where she once sat
In the place where sanctuary once was known
Where she hid all her thoughts, her smiles, her prayers
Where she first learned to dance, to sing, to laugh

Her eyes glittered from the reflection she had seen
The dream that led her to this magical place
Where all you needed was there already
And the utmost importance was hidden in smiles

Every thing has an end to it,
But strangely this place will never leave,
She started a dance,
With million petals of different flowers...

And sparkles of serenity coloured rainbows
confetti and silver-things and snowflakes
shaped like paper-dolls and unicorns waiting
to buck you.... Yes this place is hidden conspicuously

This place is Never-Never Land
hidden within the minds of man
secret dreams hoarded tall and rich
proves that life is never without a hitch!

It is in the human heart, the need to feel
one belongs where it is real and true.
God given laughter, love and life, imagine
a secret garden is in every man's wife.

“I do use powerful words to evoke emotion, but also to stimulate imagination. If one can 'see' the words dance before
his eyes - then he can likely feel, smell and even taste them as well. And I do thoroughly enjoy really tasty poems.
My poetry is an emotions-fest sprinkled with a little garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, fresh ginger and Tabasco sauce...
My poetry is like a piece of General Tso's chicken tossed in ghetto soul.” ---

I like this one more than the other one...speaks to me about the gifts hidden in a woman's laughter...and the gift that SHE is to mankind. My never-never land is my heaven on earth...yes, I enjoyed this very much! I think the last stanza brings it all home. Very good work, friends!

Oh My - This verse was tight from beginning to end - A very nice "unison" if you will describing such a "hidden" place - The lines really do read as if one voice with a myriad of ideas centering around this secret place! MS MANGO I love how the poem starts out and your style here is very nice - I like the repetitive in list format... And MYSTY - you really ended the poem quite nicely and summed it up very beautifully AND a with a bit of a twist actually with the line: imagine a secret garden is in every man's wife. =

A very nice job Poets! I'm beginning to like these Tag Poems very much!
Thanx you all for sharing

Jacquii.

It is always nice to go to a place where you can get away from the stress of this world. You are what you create and there is always a place to escape.
Your left foot connects to your right foot.
Your soul connects to the heart.
Your eyes connects to the brain and you see....
The beauty of life standing still on a box of nails digging for rainbows we all want the pain because life is vain but happiness believes in itself.
