The Poem...

I gaze upon your twinkling stardust
Drinking your dusty beams at night
I turn to my pillow wishing upon
This dynamic universe: My life

My life I see each wondrous night.
When dreaming of my handsome knight.
He comes to visit, gives me joy.
I feel him close, the real mccoy.

As close as is sin-lust homemade;
My one knight - my handsome star
I drink his dusty star-beams by day,
Making his love near, never far.

At night he watches me undress
I show through open window,
my star lights each room by night
with beams of his wanton lust glow.

Once he’s in, the curtain’s drawn.
We love until the dawn.
Then in my daytime hours I cry,
each time I hear a lullaby.

I live only for the nights he's here
the rest of the time I am just hanging on.
My body knows when that time draws near
because it is cloudless and I see clear and far,
the heavens release my lover's star.

“I do use powerful words to evoke emotion, but also to stimulate imagination. If one can 'see' the words dance before
his eyes - then he can likely feel, smell and even taste them as well. And I do thoroughly enjoy really tasty poems.
My poetry is an emotions-fest sprinkled with a little garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, fresh ginger and Tabasco sauce...
My poetry is like a piece of General Tso's chicken tossed in ghetto soul.” ---

I can't believe that I missed this one.
I have always been a star gazer and this poem was Great!!
This is indeed a masterpiece of pleasure.
I had to re-read it many times. I think when we collaborate these poems they develop into a beautiful piece of written art!

Let's continue to collaborate with each other. The creativity is priceless!!
