~TEACUP PUP~

I'm just a sad little pup
who got myself stuck in this cup.
I was thirsty and wanted some tea
but I drank too much and fell in you see.

My owner says I'm her favorite pet
but, now she'll have to take me to the vet.
She'll be real mad when she finds out
all the money she'll spend, no more favorite without a doubt.

Maybe she'll change my name to teacup
cause all her tea I always sup.
I never got stuck like this before
so, she'll probably call me that for sure.

Teacup pup does have a nice ring.
I'm a little teacup pup they'll all sing.
Oh no what a funny joke I've become.
I guess that's why they say, stupid dog you're dumb!

I've had better days than this by far,
like when my ears flap in the wind out the car.
I miss the smells and sights and sounds.
It's not easy being a silly hound.

They say, you have to look on the bright side.
Maybe this will drown all my fleas that hide.
Boy when I get out I'm gonna chase them rabbits!
as soon as I can get back to all my doggie habits.

I wish I could play and leave more prints,
because I've been real bored ever since
my butt got stick in this yellow cup
so, that's why I'm such a sad little pup.
