To Tell A Story I Sold My Soul
To tell a story I sold my soul.
Free the mind.
Circle to truth a failed
promise to give a birth
divine.
As sweet as a dove
flying to Heaven near
a rainy day I hold onto
comfort I'm gaining faith.
Amazing grace.
Faithful sun.
A lust for the moon
shining down poetry
madness.
I could give you silence
but I choose to go without
a warm summer day of
distant stay.
Safe in the arms of prayer.
Sacred to a dying rose.
Sinful to the bitter end
casting shadows for
a friendly ghost.
You are a disease
leaning on a tree
from winter's kiss.
You are death
to these lips of
memory.
To tell a story short
I sold my soul to gold
and silver was left
shining promised
and told.
Words of birth.
Change of time.
Chained together to
the grave in knots.
The laughter is bruised
shattered crispy clean
instant tongue.
Gold and silver star
embracing a self righteous
mind's blinded eye.
Vision of freedom.
Slash of cane.
Sitting false in wanna
be yellow jacket midnight
pain.
Vain celtic cross.
Light of eternity's
tunnel to save.
To tell a story
all is black like
the life's door
to death.

Your left foot connects to your right foot.
Your soul connects to the heart.
Your eyes connects to the brain and you see....
The beauty of life standing still on a box of nails digging for rainbows we all want the pain because life is vain but happiness believes in itself.
