Somehow the chorus of this song reached into me once, and to me, it is interpreted this way:

A lil weird, but I think it means out of all the times i recall our past (conflicts), I'm sure you and I collide.
These few lines struck me hard that day, and so this is my interpretation for just this part, thus this might not be correct but it's personal.
