Yes indeed! You can find JPiC Forum on Facebook, Twitter and Myspace, all of which are excellent ways for you to share the poetic love and spread the word about our fabulous Community for Poets & Writers! So go ahead and be sure to Follow Us On Twitter, Join Us On Facebook & Add Us On Myspace.

We've taken social networking for vBulletin forums to a new level and implemented super-easy access to sharing ALL of your favorite JPiC pages! In the bottom right-hand corner of all our site pages, you will see social bookmarking icons where you can share our pages, as well as email JPiC to your friends at the click of a button. Simply browse to any page of JPIC and click the icon of your choice to share your selected page.

So if you find a poem, story or post which is especially wonderful to you -- any of our literary articles or poetry videos or featured JPiC artist pieces for instance -- then we will appreciate you click a button and share it!

Again - such social networking will help get the word out about our Community. Consider it not "word of mouth" but "word of click" promoting.

We've added an additional Twitter module... The retweet button is to encourage you to tweet your favorite threads, blogs, videos, etcetera right on Twitter. The button -- shown directly to the right of the Edit, Quote & other buttons on the first post of most threads -- shows a live count of the number of times thread/blog/video post has been tweeted.

This is definitely the step in the right direction but I'm sure there's lot more potential with social media in general. Vbulletin still sucks in this area tbh.

Thanks and yes you are correct, vBulletiin really hasn't tapped into social media in its default featureset - so I adlibbed and added my own modifications as well as some shared over at vB.org
