"THE LORD IS SOON COMING." (Poem). Author: Stardust. (12-08-06).

The Lord is soon coming
To your door.
Open up your heart!!
What are you waiting for??...
Don´t you see!!...
He is at your threshold.
Jesus is coming from far away,
To save souls, and you and me!!
So, open up your door for Jesus, today.
The Lord is right at your door.
He is so near and bringing Good News to your ear,
For what you are Saved.
Don´t you ever Fear!!
You will soon be HEALED.
Jesus is coming in person,
To touch you with His Heavenly seal.
He is coming to see you
For your Spiritual Rescue.
Call His Almighty name!!
It won´t be in vain.
Begin to feel His love for you.
The Almighty God and the Holy Spirit
are watching over you from above.
REJOICE!! JESUS LOVES YOU!!

I dedicate this little Poem to my dear friend, who is sick and needs HEALINGS.
She is one of My Best Internet Friends in Christ. The Christian Community is serving the whole World with Our Prayer Warriors. God Bless You All, the lovely Poets at this Forum. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you all!! I might take a break for the SUMMER VACATIONS. I am an American woman, but I live in the foot of South America, at the present time. We all live in different Time Zones and Season Zones. It is almost Summer Time in the South Atlantic Ocean Area. It is so HOT in here!! It is so hard to work well or think right, under this kind of severe HEAT (120 Ft). I wonder about "Global Warming"...Bye for now, friends. Send you hugs and all my caring loving, from Stardust.

Very nicely done, my friend! Do you see now how the shorter lines adds emphasis to your words and makes them stand out more? It also makes it easier to read, and we DO want people to read these words from your heart.
Keep posting, Starry - I can see much improvement in your works already! All it takes is practice.

HI DEAR SWEET TREE!! WOW!! I am so honoured to see you here with me. It matters so much to me, your appraisals of my little Poems. It means so much to me, to read you valuable comments over my little work. I am glad, you see me improving a little. I can understand that, it is the fact of PRACTICE!! Knowledge does not happen overnight. I believe, KNOWLEDGE is POWER!! Yes!! I speak the words from my heart. I try to use the best skills possible, although I do not have them available, here in South America. All is written in Spanish Books. Plus, the Summer hits without mercy. It is over 120 degrees Farenheit, or even worst. It is an UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRY, with not that much comfort in the way of living. So, I am a POET of the POOR and HELPLESS!!...And also, I am a WRITER of the POOR and HELPLESS!! I am THEIR VOICE!!...You see, this means ACTIVISM with MY PEN and WORDS OUT: "MY BEST TOOLS." I do like your Poetry, and your ways of expressing your inner feelings, dear Tree. You know, I forgot to write the last Stanza of my Poem. I was in a rush. So, I may include it now...

Begin to feel His love for you.
The Almighty God and the Holy Spirit
Are watching over you from above.
Rejoice!! JESUS LOVES YOU!!

If you see any mistakes that you want to fix or change - this is what that "Edit" button is for. You will only see this button on the poems that YOU write. You cannot edit anyone else's work and they cannot edit yours.

HI ERIK!! I am so glad to see you here, visiting me at Spiritual Poetry!! Thank you for reviewing my little poem!! Your appraisals are always valuable for me and so much WELCOMED!! I have made some changes in my poem. I included another Stanza at the end. I like that kind of Ending with a Flavour of HAPPINESS!! So, you like the phrase "Heavenly seal..." It comes from my imagination of God having a seal in His hand at His Holy desk in Heaven. I have a great imagination with so many pictures in my mind. I call myself: "The Christian Poet for the Helpless and their Rights to Live." I write Poetry with my personal attitude towards how I view this world. This is the reason why I like this JPiC Forum for Writers, because Poets could EXPRESS their feelings in a FREE WAY. Love to see you here!! Hugs and Love, from Stardust.

Dear Stardust,

This was simply lovely! From beginning to end. I will be coming back to this poem many times when I feel that I need to be uplifted. This is a "Make you feel good" type poem, and the message runs through the capillaries. Loved it!!

My capillaries need some springwater, and my brain cells need to be fed by the Holy water, Faith and Grace of God. It is SO HOT in here, in the foot of South America, where I presently live with my hubby. SUMMER TIME hurts me badly under this severe HEAT WAVE. I wonder about "Global Warming."
