Meaning of Life
To Everyone

Life is like a school lesson.
So boring,
but yet so important.

It's like a friend.
So kind,
but it can break your heart.

Love is like the sun.
So beautiful,
but yet so dangerous.

Friendship is like a trainrail.
It can be long,
but evetually it's gonna end.

Death is like the rain.
Lots of tears,
but yet so nescessary.

Now if life can break your heart,
love is so dangerous,
friendship will end and death is so painful.

Then why not try to love the life and treasure your friends,
so you will remember them the day they leave you for death as a happy memory?

Very interesting piece here TANAX - There is such sadness in your poem about life, yet there is wisdom in your words. The way you look at life from such an angle show much maturity.

The stanza I highlighted really correlates well with the message of your poem. It's as if you're saying "cherish what you have, while it's here, for you never know when it may not be" -------> yeah - such wisdom.

Nearing the end of your poem that message turns to a bit of happiness. Ya know? Mama always told me that when someone dies we celebrate their lives, rather than dwell on what could've been.

I think your poem shares her wisdom and her way of thinking in that respect. And for that I applaud you!

Hey Tanax,
This was an intricate scribe of the good complimented with the not so good. It definitely has words of wisdom, past, present, and future. Funny, I am a Science teacher, so I did read between the lines. Extraordinary Tanax, Great Job!!!

I like poems about true friendship. Friends, on the many different levels, are one of the most important things in this life. Now I want to write a poem about friendship. About it can break your heart but is worth it.
