"The Phantoms." Author: Stardust. (Written in 10-06-2006).

Like dreadful visions on the wall,
The phantoms dance through it all.
Leaving a path of No Hopes
In the empty rooms full of loss.

Dreams were carried away,
Over the lives who used to live there,
Shattered and hastened in despair,
Where now, the place is a nest of
New ones more fair.

The phantoms still dwell
In their coiled shadows,
Or walking blindly down the well,
Or in the mirrors,
When once, looked as pretty as doves.

The haze covers the air,
Where once, was only light.
The story changed something,
And the phantoms would crawl and cry.

Author: Stardust. (10-06-2006).

Hi Benny!! WOW!! I can see you again, baby!! I am so flattered by your wonderful comments over my little poem. You see, this poem was written soon after the Introduction and First Chapter of My Story: "The View from the Tower". This poem "The Phantoms" has strong connections with the Story "The View from the Tower." The Story-Teller had bad and strange NIGHTMARES...And all these DARK STORIES and Poems have begun...Glad to see you here, my dear friend Benny!! I have friends from Kentucky: the State with the Best Horses in the World. Happy Holidays!! Hugs. Stardust.:word_thankyou:
