this seems like haiku taken to another level,

I enjoyed the poem the ending and really realized
it was a remarkable yet down to earth piece,

it had all the elements that I like and proves your a thinker as well

Dear Mr. Quinn,

What an honor it is to have you here with us fist of all! Secondly, this poem was brilliant, exquisite, and it is quite evident why you are the master. The poem is just wow, and I could picture the horizon and smell the aroma; yes, you placed me there. Fantabulous!!!!!!!!! Welcome again to the community.

I agree - that's why I like this form so very much.
Such small amount of words = such succinct clarity!

I loved this poem - Brings fond memories of honeysuckle in Tennessee Spring.
Oh - and the scent right before a fresh rain - ah! Beautiful Clarity Pyramid JER
Thanx for the share

Jacquii.

First time reading you poet but I dig your style....clarity...visuals...this was a scent teaser..as I read I created the scene in my mind....then i said it again to myself with my eyes closed....BEautiful...Spring = Rebirth ...this style of writing here is like the resurrection of a piece of something in my poetic mind....seriously..the creativity alone has inspired me.
Perfect choice of words....perfect topic for such brevity
