HAPPY MOTHER´S DAY TO ALL WOMEN WORLWIDE!!
How wonderful women are!! They can be mothers, daughters, and bear children, endless life, the fruits of their wombs. Without women, mankind would not exist. Women bear children, and they are so very beautiful!!
I am so proud of being an American Woman, a proud mother and a proud grandmother too, born in the 20th Century in Freedom.
Women have been traveling a long way since stone age, the Neanderthals, the Pitecantropus Erectus and the Homo Sappiens, dwelling in caves and hunting, crossing all stages of time, ancient times, middle ages and so on, up to modern societies, nowadays: the 21st Century with Computers, TV, Videos, advanced technology and Satellites Cellular Phones, etc.
In 1960, women experimented a big change in our society. That moment was called: "The Liberation of Women." Before 1960, women were placed in a lower rank or stratum of the society, leaving them only in charge of the household, cooking, mending clothing, raising children, and other house work.
In some countries overseas, women were even treated in harems such as objects or slaves of men. Men were the owners of women under strict obedience. The punishment of rebelion or disobedience were death, at times, stone to death, like the Bible tells us.
In the middle east countries, women are confined for life under a black veil from head to toe. Their faces and bodies are all covered, and it can never be exposed in public..
In some other countries, men shave all the hair of their women. So, they have to be bald for life, and they cover their heads with a veil. Women must be under the rules of their men with complete obedience, under severe punishment and other strict restrictions of freedom. In other words, women have no freedom of will in some countries in the world, nowadays. That is very sad...
So, American Women are so lucky to live in Freedom in the best country in the world: the USA. Women can do whatever they want in the USA, because they have Freedom, the only way to live and to choose whatever they want. There is no doubt about it!!
I love American Women, and I love to live and die in Freedom in the best country on Earth: the USA. I have made my point of view.
HAPPY MOTHER´S DAY TO ALL WOMEN!!
Cheers,
Starry.

You're right, Starry! We are so lucky to have been born in a country which allows us to do whatever we want (within reason and within the law, of course) and will even encourage us to.

In other countries, even now, life for women is still pure hell! Hopefully, someday all people will live in freedom and war will be a word known only in the dictionary. Wouldn't that be wonderful?
