ALPHA’S OMEGA
As Akuma limped off the battlefield, he happened to see Samoht wounded terribly. He had been stabbed with an acid-tipped spear six times, and was dying slowly. As he turned away from the gruesome sight, he saw his sister gathering plants as fast as she was able.
“Will Samoht live?” Ryu interrupted his thoughts from behind.
“I hope so, though I doubt it,” he shrugged helplessly, staring at the ground. He didn’t want to look at her, for she enchanted him with her beauty. He didn’t like to admit his feelings for this beautiful Dragon Disciple, but he definitely had some. ‘Damn, why is she so attractive, even now, after this gruesome battle,’ he contemplated.
“I need to show you something Kuma-kun!” she stated with a hint of ‘come with me.’
‘Since when did she start calling me Kuma-kun?’ thought Akuma, blushing at the thought of it. ‘Is she trying to claim me? After all, she is a dragon disciple, therefore I can’t take her. Man, I hate emotions…oh well, I’ll go with her to see what she wants.’
“Are you coming Kuma-kun?” she asked again.
“Uh, um…yeah I’m coming.” Akuma replied, blushing a deep shade of red.
“Then what are you waiting for?” she started to giggle ferociously. “c’mon, c’mon, she demanded grabbing a hold of him. She took Akuma by the hand and dragged him into the Sedu woods, behind them. There, she led them deep into the forest until she came to an open clearing. Akuma sensed something awkward and looked at her questioningly; for he did not see anything out of the ordinary.
“Just stay put and watch,” she commanded, answering his unasked question. Then, Akuma felt it; the joy of a dozen comrades, the shimmering laugh of the light. He felt so happy here. He felt as if he could stay there forever; wait, what was that blinding light in front of him; radiating so pure and untainted? Shining more brightly than the rest of the light that surrounded him. Suddenly the blinding light advanced towards him. As it came closer, he got his senses back and the first thing he remembered was Ryu.
“Ryu!” he called out frantically, for he couldn’t sense her presence any longer. The light was the only thing that gave off a sense of life, but that couldn’t possibly be Ryu; it felt nothing like her presence.
“Oh so you do care Kuma-kun.” Her voice emanated from the blinding light, reverberating through the myriad of trees.
“I don’t know who you are, you glowing ball of light, but you better release that dragon disciple now!” he hollered menacingly; pulling out one of his daggers. All of a sudden the light vanished and Ryu was standing there, naked in the clearing; staring at Akuma intently. The short glimpse that Akuma received however, enticed him, and he wondered how such a beautiful girl like Ryu could become even more beautiful.
"Do not be afraid of me or the light, Kuma-kun," she instructed him kindly. "The light is a part of me. I had no idea you knew I was a dragon disciple Akuma. How long have you known?" she asked curiously.
"E...Eve...Ever since I saved you Ryu." he replied stammering. He was still turned away from her, and his reddening face began to dull a little bit.
"I had no idea that I was one, until a few days ago; when I became enraged while battling those orcs." she responded. "How did you know so early and why didn't you tell me?" she whined, a little hurt and confused.
"When I first met you," Akuma started, "I sensed power in your body; power far greater than any I have ever encountered. You were all bruised up, bleeding, and broken. I had my sister heal you with her herbs, and you fell asleep. You ended up sleeping for two and a half weeks and during that time you would occasionally say 'Please! Not the morgue! Anywhere but there! Please master! Have mercy! Don't send me there!" Well as time progreesed, you told us where you used to live in your sleep and we headed there to find answers. As we were getting closer, you demonstrated another ability; I was carryng you on my shoulders, walking down the path. All of a sudden I wasn't walking anymore. My feet weren't touching the ground at all...you were flying and taking me with you. You ended your little journey at the outskirts of your old town and your master greeted us promptly. Then...then..." he paused frowning; he knew what came next, but how could he tell it to her face; especially right after that battle?
"aren't you going to finish?" Ryu begged, coming up from behind him and grabbing him around his waist, interrupting his thoughts. Akuma couldn't tell her that the world was destined to end once she had figured out what she was; so he decided to twist the story around just a bit.
"Well, your master told me not to tell you that you were a dragon disciple, and before i could ask why; he just dropped down dead." Akuma finished, slightly deceptive.
"Well in that case, I can forgive you." the dragon disciple whispered in his ear, tickling his lobe. "That also explains why you didn't attempt to court me; if you had, I would have had every right to kill you due to the respect a dragon disciple gets." As she said this, she nibbled on his earlobe, making him turn another shade of red and gasp in surprise. That just provoked her to advance farther and she moved down and bit his jugular gently. akuma, finally succumbed to the temptation; leaned into her, heightening her excitement. She bit his neck a little arder and then turned him around to face her. Slowly and hesitatingly, he turned to face her. He glanced her body very quickly; seeing her beautiful, round, succulent breasts so close to him, and her sweet slender body; with her lovely legs standing on either side of her perfectly formed rose bud. She brought his eyes back up to her and slowly they inched towards a kiss. Akuma stared in awe at her enchanting face; which enchanted him so much more now in her new draconic form. He only had a few moments to stare as Ryu's mouth over took his in the most passionate kiss he had ever been in. Their lips locked and Ryu pushed into him as much as she could, making Akuma gasp. Taking advantage of his open mouth, she invited her tongue in. His tongue met hers as they embraced tighter still. It then explored the cavity of her mouth; checking out the gums, teeth, lips, and everything else that his tongue could find. He inhaled the scent of her; smelling all kinds of enticing things. Her sensual touch of her rose red lips placed him in a wonderful dream displaying his past.
'He was walknig with his sister and parents along the beachfront; picking up stones and shells and loving every minute of it. He saw a girl all alone; staring out at the water. Leaving his family; he walked over to her, but when he got too close, she ran. She ran to the water, and then on top of it; never stopping, until she became a speck in the distance. He was very intrigued by this girl...Wait!...was that his mother calling him? He better go before he gets in trouble...'
"Akuuuma! Akuma!" his sister pleaded him to answer. "Wake up Akuma...I have healed you. Please wake up!" she started crying, thinking that she had failed her brother.
"Wait!" exclaimed Ryu, "I am somewhat proficient in the arts of rejuvenation methods." Ryu informed the rest of them.
"Just bring him back!" Akurei wailed morosely.
"Alright! Everyone back up!" demanded Ryu harshly, "I need to have room to work." With that she murmered a few words nonchalantly and her hands started glowing a dull blue. She placed her hands on his chest, and proceeded to place her mouth on his. Akurei instantly stopped her though.
"What do you think you're doing?" Akurei scolded Ryu. "You're supposed to be helping him, not kissing him!" she finished angrily.
"What I am trying to do is breathe my life force into him. It will bring him back if he hasn't advanced too far towards death, Akurei! The longer we wait, the worse chance there'll be. Now let me alone to work!" She answered Akurei's scolding with her own. With that she went back to placing her lips on his, and as she did she breathed her life force into him. "Come back Kuma-kun." she pleaded silently. all of a sudden, Akuma's body shuddered and Ryu got off of him. Coughing up old blood, he opened his eyes to see all of his friends' worried faces, looking at him lying on the ground. He was on the battlefield like before, not in the Sedu woods where he thought he was.
"I thought that you were dying Samoht," Akuma sputtered, looking at his friend in disbelief.
"You were the only one who was injured," Samoht answered his friend gravely.
"But...but...You were...and...and...Ryu was..." he protested as Ryu interrupted him.
"It was all a dream Kuma-kun, all a dream."
