Hi, folks.

I'm Mark, a retired teacher of literature, living and writing in Australia, just south of Sydney.

I am 59 now, but I have only been writing poetry seriously for the past few years.

At first I wrote a lot of free verse, but lately I am writing more metrical stuff - I just posted a recent sonnet.

I look forward to getting to know you!
