Hello everyone,
My name is Angie, and I just registered today . I love to write, and try to do so at least four times a day. I mostly write poetry, but I do enjoy the occasional short story or otherwise. I am young, but in turn, I believe I do have a talent for writing that I hope to exploit further on this website. I'd really appreciate any tips to manipulate all of the many features this site provides. Thanks again, and don't be shy to drop me a message sometimee .

Whether young or old, this IS a great place to write and to improve. As I've found out, it's good to have a natural talent for writing but that only goes so far without experience. You will learn so much here! I'm looking forward to reading your work!

Well, I'm rather a newbie here too but I thought that I'd welcome you here and say that I hope you have a great time on here and get lots of writing done too! It's definitely very important as a writer to have constructive feedback to help realize the mistakes we do make and improve our skills. I've definitely gotten a lot better and much more aware of my work with sharing it with other people... it's definitely very helpful and fun too.
Biography: Jacquii Cooke is a 32 year old Black Poet from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As Webmistress of Poetry in Color Forum, she is devoted to the more abstract styles, especially those with a strong feminine voice that center around the topic of redemption and righting the wrongs of past transgressions.

I'm not quite sure if I'm doing this right, but thanks for welcoming me! I am learning this website at my own pace, which you can imagine is kind of slow due to being caught up in all of that 'end of the year' school work. Once summer hits however, I hope to be very active in this community as well as understand this entire site. Well, thanks again everyone, and I hope to be reading your work shortly!
