I am totally new to this site and looking forward to getting to know many of you. I have been writing poetry for many years and like many others I go in spurts. My pen goes dry and along comes an inspiration and picks me up. I write on a variety of subject matter however I love writing poems of romance.
I believe poetry comes from the heart so reading anothers poems is often a means of seeing into their heart. This gives us an avenue to often know others we have never met, more deeply than family and friends who know us well and yet have never taken the time to read our written word.
I have not yet posted any poems but when I do, you can look into my heart and I will do the same with you.
