Lindamay

So far I haven't got a clue what I'm doing, so I"m just going to bounce around inside here and see what I can find. My name is Lindamay and I am so looking forward to meeting everyone. I started writing when I was 16 years old, began with letters to my parents and to why I did not want to get married, then followed by years and years of poems, thoughts and whatever as I made my way through life's ups and downs.

I feel like maybe I have finally found a place among others who can (and will) critique what I do in a just manner, not in a way to appease me, but to actually tell me what you think, I look forward to posting my first writings to see how it goes.

I have 5 children, plus 2 stepchildren, all grown with children of their own, meaning I have about 20 or so grandchildren that inspire me to also write childrens stories I felt was only good enough for them. If I get up the nerve I might be able to share some of them here, I'll wait and see how I feel about that.

Anyway, I am going to browse, push a few buttons here and there, and if I can find what I'm looking for, I may be able to post one of my writings here by the end of my day. This is feeling pretty exciting already.
