Greetings Fellow Poets and Writers:

I`m a newbie here and this is the first chance I had this week to say hi!

My name is Sally, but I also go by "Forestdawn" I love to write and read poetry. I acually devour poetry!
I have been published in many poetry anthology books. I have won, over twenty award certificates in Creative and Challenge Poetry writing, and have won several award ribbons for creative writing.

My two favorite famous poets are: Dr. Suess and Edgar Allen Poe.

I have been married for nearly 17 years. we have a daughter Sarah, age 8 who is being homeschooled.

My. hobbies are... Gold prospecting...crocheting...and reading/writing poetry!

I want to thank you...Jacquii, for the invitation to become a member. I know I will enjoy it very much.

I will try to post some poetry soon, Please do not be offened if I do not get to reply to a personal question directed to me from anyone right away, I`m usually online on the week-ends. My hubby needs our PC during the week. So I`ll get back to you on Sat. or Sun. Thanks.

I hope to get to know some great writers here!
