Hello fellow writers and poets. i have been a writer since I wrote my first novella as a fourth grader. ever since then I have wanted to be a writer and nothing else.
I would have to. I had the project, I had the chance and I blew it big time. I let all of my dreams fall apart becasue being an addict was more imortant than anyhting else. I lost a daughter, My job, countless oppurtunities to get published , and nearly my life.
Now I am just getting it toghether after almost fifteen years of abuse. I am pretty much a constant wreck and in a state of emotional chaos, but I am managing to keep things together. And I don't have to worry about where my next fix is coming from.
Now that I am writing again I have this terrible problem finsishing anything and sending it out to see if anyone would again be interested. I have changed in the way I wrote when there were interested parties. I was optimistic than, my stories still had some happy endings and I thought that there might be one for my life as well.
Instead I have nothing. But in turn I have nothing to lose and a large amount to gain.
I had another child, one I didn't lose and she is my princess, my muse, my everything in life. Right now I do not feel I am worth it, but she is.
Anyway I am concentrating on getting things finsished and would love any feedback. Oh and if anyone has the answers to being human, feel free to share.-

First of all... to the Community! Now I understand the title of your intro. That is quite the intro and one that speaks volumes. I want to say so much here. No lectures and nothing about me, for this is all about you and we are pleased to meet (read) you!

You sure have come a long long way, and although you did not have to share all that information, you did. That will make you all the more stronger in your writing and etc. You definitely came to the write place (lol). Here, we encourage, support, and uplift one another.

This intro is a new beginning in itself, and the fact that now...you say you will finish writing is just beautiful to hear. Most of us have had some type of setback, have or had a story, some kind of phobia, or fear, or can swap bones from skeletons in our closets, and I look forward to reading your works.

We have something for every palette and genre here. We have a phenomenally talented group of artists and a myriad of backgrounds. If you need assistance just send a PM or jump write in, in the Chatbox! Please do enjoy the full realm of the site and enjoy!

That's deep - what an intro - As far as having all the answers PERSONAGE - I don't think anyone really does - I know I sure as hell don't anyway - Case in point: the world is at war (has always been), murder rates are treacherous (has always been since Cane & Able if you believe that), politics.... Well politics are politics... And has always been LOL

Anyway - I tell ya a couple things I trust will continue to bode me well as long as I'm on this earth... Be honest with 1st YOURSELF, Be honest with EVERYONE else --- Honesty is not as valued as I once thought it was - but it's something that the Fates & Destiny can appreciate fairly well. When Fate & Destiny are happy - it seems things just naturally fall in their right places... That's my suggestions

At anyrate - welcome to the JPiC Community - we have a mega-talented membership and most of us have gone through shyt and continue to mire through the muck as it were. Makes for some interesting literature no doubt.
