    Kudos on the poetry club! It sounds like a really cool idea. I think it will provide an outlet for many other young women and even young men to express themselves and bond with each other because of shared (not necessarily similar) experiences. This always leads to enlightenment and better understanding of each other and also to an empathy of each others feelings, thoughts, and hopes... as well as dreams....

    I am an 18 year old college student. Currently majoring in Bio- Pre- Med, with a minor in Psychology. I truly enjoy the art of poetry; however, unfortnately, I have not been able to dedicate as much time to it as I would like. As for me personaly, I was born into the Caribbean heritage and ENJOY every minute of it!..well that's it for now!
