On the vine
she waits, trestle tethered
yet freely fragrant,
laden with nectar,
to tempt a child’s curiosity,
finger tips and lips;
a belle pert with living color
and pearl drops that glisten
in the early morning mist.

The imagery of this is brilliant! I could picture this Honeysuckle Kiss, and all its glory and radiance. I will not look at Honeysuckle the same after this! I am speechless, so beautiful, so delicate. I love it Jerry! Would make a great painting with Chinese Calligraphy!!
