At last a true test to my vocabulary power my Sister! Wow...OMG, it tis "Shockingly Sad." You have captured the elements of sadness till it itself seem to become forsaken from within itself. Another " Brilliant Write!" Painted One- Love Ya Big Sister!

Dear Mysty,
Thank you sooo much for taking precious time to read and to comment. You are so right. We never do feel perfect, yet some place in a category as such. I am so happy you liked this write.
No ersatz veil to shadow my depth
once sotto voce, now a gravitas vignette
shards of menagerie mirrors reflect
the real me, no mask, and not perfect
Kim, honestly, the first time I read this my first reaction was I needed a dictionary. I was also in the process of cleaning and getting ready for my mom to visit for Easter and distracted so I decided to wait to comment on it.
Now I'm commenting! Got the dictionary out and couldn't find gravitas! Soooo I googled it and found out it was a depth of character (more or less) and thought this was so like you! I've always felt there's more to Kim than meets the eye and considering how deep I thought you were to begin with....wow, what a well!
Anyway, this describes you so perfectly! I'm so glad I was able to come back tonight and really enjoy it!

Dear Erik,
Thank you so much for taking time to read and to comment. I am most grateful. I really felt this was cohesive, yet was concerned of the message not being absorbed because of the wording. However, when I looked back after writing..there were no other words I would have chosen. Thank you Erik and I will take your advice...I never thought to submit this...now I will.
