Athlone posted the following after reading my Saxophone Love Series:

"sensuous as jazz can get.....makes you want to take up the sexoph...er..saxophone, and play. Do you have any plans for writing a series on the guitar...?"

So this is for Athlone.....

My Guitar Love I

His picking hand
strong and agile
strums a harmony
that wakes my libido

His fret board hand
gently and firmly
slides up
then....down

Manipulating nylon strings
to vibrate
back and forth
till I vibrato

Up and down
a silken neck
his rhythm
feeds my voracity

To hear him play....his guitar

 - To simply say aesthetically pleasing is understatement of the decade!!!!! I hear ya KIM - AND I tell ya what - I'll never ever look at a guitar quite the same after reading this piece.

Oooooozes senuality! The part I quoted above - of the hip-hop charts ----> CLASSIC!
