short poem "The yeys..."

The eyes...

The eyes - they are the mirror of the soul?
Then smiling faces trying what hide up?

Dear SergoB,

I love new, creative, and fresh poetry. The brevity of this piece emphasizes and lends the reader to indeed ponder upon the questions. The question approach is very interesting, and I did like the lead in with the first line stating...The eyes....

If I may ask, what was your inspiration for such a fresh piece?

Kim

Dear Kim!
Nice to hear that my look on things is interesting for you! Inspirations, well, really, I don't know. Just know that words must be in their right places.
And, dear Kim, if you not mind, try to reread this piece from the second line to the first. Hope you'll see another sense of it.
Best wishes. Sergo.
