Biography: Jacquii Cooke is a 32 year old Black Poet from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As Webmistress of Poetry in Color Forum, she is devoted to the more abstract styles, especially those with a strong feminine voice that center around the topic of redemption and righting the wrongs of past transgressions.

JPiC Forum has won the TheBiggestBoards.com Board of the Month for September, 2008 -- JPiC will grace the pages of TBB for the entire month of October! It was such a pleasant surprise - I smiled and smiled and smiled and then when I finished smiling - I smiled again.

The review of JPiC was so very generous it almost brought a tear of joy to my eye. Many of you know I spent many hours upgrading/updating the Forum to the most recent verions of vBulletin, which included a brandnew style for our 2nd anniversary. The people over at TBB like it - so it's such an honor to have your hard work admirably appreciated by other Forum Administrators.
