Thanx TOM & CURTIS! I appreciate the love Fellas! And definitely appreciate the drink - I haven't had a good brew in long time! I'm THIRSTY! LOL

Do YAWL have any suggestions for the JPiC v2 though - how to make the forum more accessible and easier to navigate?

Jacquii.

W0W ...... it seems like yesterday since I was invited to JPIC and then it seems too that I have always been here. I too belonged to another couple of sites but was always discouraged there because the critics always wanted to change my poem to what THEY wanted to read. I grew tired of it. I don't write that way.... JPIC gave me a home to flourish and the wonderful comments from my work just went on to prove that the publishing houses that were trying to get me to publish with them were not just fishing. There was Trafford publishing and a noted one in Great Britain..... I can't recall it's name now though. There were two or three others from the States but ... well I went with PublishAmerica finally.

And all because I found this hidden jewel. I Promote JPIC everywhere I go now whenever I hear about someone who is a writer I promote JPIC.

CONGRATULATIONS Ms Jacquii girl...... YOU built us a fantastic home and I know JPIC 2 will be just as great a site as this one! As for improvements I think it is just a matter of learning HOW the site works. Once I caught on I was off like a wild fire. KUDOS to my fellow Poets who have joined us. We ALL make this the home it is for ALL our poetry needs.

Much Love Jacquii.

Mysty

Aww, well, thank you for the compliment! I'm glad that you've enjoyed my participation and that my ethusiasm shines through too. I really am very happy that I came here and the atmosphere about this community is just relaxed and helpful. But, I just thought of a suggestion to make since you're asking for them.

Well, like Mysty said I also found it easy to navigate around here once I figured it out and got used to everything. A problem I had was knowing how to post my work on here though. It took me a little bit to realize that I just needed to post my work by clicking "New Thread" and then just putting my work into the body of it.

But, besides that I just had to get used to the set-up and design of it and I've had an easy time ever since then. Anywho, a suggestion I'd make is maybe a little blurb at the bottom of the page that says how you can post your work and that all you need to do is click on the "New Thread." That's all I can think of though, and I'm looking forward to the JPIC 2.0!

Ah! JPiC 2.0 --- Me likes the sound of that much better than JPiC v2 cause the "v2" kinda insinuates a negative type thing LOL... OhhhhhK LOL - I've working with graphics for about 8 hours basically non-stop now - so a little giggly... EXCELLENT suggestion though MS SARAH - I appreciate it and will keep in mind!

Back-trackin just a bit.... Hey MYSTY!!! Glad to have chatted with you this earlier this morning.... It was a bit of an abrupt halt though Anyway - GIRL!!!!!! I so appreciate your comment - It's so wonderful knowing that people I admire and respect think so kindly of what I've done here. It makes me smile broadly knowing that I've earned your respect and admiration as an Artiste, Poet & Person

OK - back to time LOL --- I have indeed been working on graphics since this early morning and have a few other ideas to finish before turning in! I think YAWL are gonna love the new look of JPiC 2.0!

Jacquii.

BTW - Me wonders if BOOOBOOO will revisit the thread to add specific suggestions while the suggesting is good............ hmmmmm...... tehehehe....

The responses are phenomenal just like the members, my fellow Mod Team, and you Ms Jacquii. This is a thread that means the world to me. The site and Ms Jacquii's accomplishments still bring water to my eyes (as my brother Ariono says..lol). I said it before and will say again that I knew Ms Jacquii on another site and she was dynamite then! When she announced she was off to do her own thang...there was NO WAY she was gonna leave me behind (LOLOL) and I followed her here and have been here since the beginning.

CONGRATULATIONS
Ms Jacquii for following your dream, helping others obtain theirs, and most of all for being the phenomenal person you are with a precious heart and an infinite passion for this art called POETRY. You certainly helped me realize the writer in me and mentored me in the most caring way. How ya like me now! LOLOLOL I am so proud of you and am still amazed at all you do and what you are capable of. You are a force to reckon with and no stoppin'!!

I am proud to be part of this site, proud to be part of your dream, and blessed with the lasting friendships I have made here. The success is unmatched with our common vortex of passion for the craft of writing and respect for our fellow members. Keep doin' your thang Ms Jacquii and remember I am here until the end of time..lol (Prince).. Love ya!

I am thinking of a suggestion that may be beneficial and will be back to post that.

Dr. Rob
