Biography: Jacquii Cooke is a 32 year old Black Poet from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As Webmistress of Poetry in Color Forum, she is devoted to the more abstract styles, especially those with a strong feminine voice that center around the topic of redemption and righting the wrongs of past transgressions.

It is with a bit of gratitude and a lot of pleasure that I post this thread. Longtime JPiC Member Mysty has applied and been accepted to the JPiC Forum For Writers Staff. So please join me in welcoming her to her new capacity as JPiC Moderator.

Mysty has been with the Community since November 2006 and has become an inspiration and friend to many of us within the Community. She will be helping out around the Forum by moderating a few sections, including the Creativity Outlet and the Critique Saloon. She is a very talented Poet with a good sense of humor & awesome poetry skills - so if you have any poetry you'd like her to critique - don't hesitate to post in the Critique Saloon and/or PM her for her expertise!

She's been around JPiC for a while - so feel free to ask her anything concerning navigation and other forum procedure, as KIM, MS NOMAD & Myself are going on vacation! Just teasing...

At anyrate - Congratulations MYSTY - It's a pleasure to have you as part of the JPiC Moderating Team! I will be adding your biography to the Staff page soon
