As the marquee has so astutely noted the past week - we here at JPiC have added a few new sections in a fashionably late celebration of National Poetry Month! Both of these knew sub-forums will surely help increase our knowledge of the Poetic craft. I hope they give each of us a new-found respect for those Poets, Poetesses & Writers who so proudly laid down the poetic foundation that we each have
in-stride laid our own particular brick upon... Inspiration comes in many ways, and I'm sure the news will be well received.
Poet & Poetess Biographies is a wonderful section that will host a pride of Writers' biographies. Each biography will have an interesting article --
with photograph(s) -- about the Writers' contribution to literature AND will feature a sample of his or her writing; At least three poems or sample writing will be attributed to each Writer! A sample below of one of my favorites that I'm sure you will enjoy learning about... Langston Hughes:

The 2nd new sub-forum,
Wide World of Poetry News, will feature a host of new and novel literary news from around the world. Each piece posted will of course revolve around the theme literature as its primary focus.
Both of these sections have already been added to the Poetry-Defined section of JPiC and are now open for business. Already there is quite a bit of informational breadcrumbs and educational water there to satiate your chirpy little appetites and quench your literary thirsts.
As always I say continue to enjoy all that JPiC Forum has to offer AND Happy posting.
For the JPiC Moderating Team,
Jacquii Cooke.
