Christmas Fantasy Fudge

Here is a recipie for specialty fudge
With the most yummiest chocolately flavor,
A sweet treat delight within every bite
Makes one eat it slowly to savor.

Christmas Fantasy Fudge

3 cups of Sugar (sweetness delight)
3/4 Cup or 1 cube of butter ( makes it just right)
2/3 Cup evaporated milk ( that comes from a can)
1 12oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips ( sneek a bite when you can)
1 7oz. jar of marshmallow Cream ( that's tasty right to the rim)
1 Cup or 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts ( only if you want them)
1 teaspoon vanilla (and thats all that's in it, follow the directions and then rest for a bit.)

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in 2 1/2 heavy quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat. stirring constantly. Continue boiling about 4 more minutes. keep stirring to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat. add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; stir until well blended. Mixture will be very thick. Pour and spread immediately into greased 13" X 9" pan. Cool at room temprature for about 2 to three hours. cut into squares. For firmer fudge, (after cut into squares) wrap in plastic wrap and place into freezer. The fudge does NOT freeze, It just firms up enough for a delightful taste. Makes appox. 3 pounds of fudge.

Happy Holidays

Blessings
