Biography: Jacquii Cooke is a 32 year old Black Poet from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As Webmistress of Poetry in Color Forum, she is devoted to the more abstract styles, especially those with a strong feminine voice that center around the topic of redemption and righting the wrongs of past transgressions.

Some of you may have had an issue (or still having an issue) with being logged out of the Forum. I'm pretty sure the issue has been fixed. You shouldn't have any additional trouble staying logged in to the forum if you clear your browser cache.

For those of you using Internet Explorer - I would recommend you at least update to the most recent version IE7 which is available for free download at Internet Explorer: Get It Now

JPiC Forum, however, is optimized for best viewing with Opera or Firefox browsers, both of which are available for free download. I'm sure you will actually prefer either over Internet Explorer

OK - Mini-tutorial on how to clear your browsers cache:

IE 7:
  • Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  • Make sure the General tab is selected.
  • Under "Browsing History" click "Delete"
  • In the new window, click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section

IE 6:
  • Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  • Make sure the General tab is selected.
  • Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section and click OK.

Follow basically the same instructions to delete your browser cookies - except choose in the Cookies section "Delete Cookies" --- Then restart your browser - You shouldn't have any further issues with remaining logged in...

If anyone needs a mini-tutorial for Opera and/or Firefox - Please let me know
