Our goal is to educate children as well as adults while entertaining poetry lovers and writers; worldwide. Lyrical Passion Poetry E-zine is designed to give unpublished and newly published writers the opportunity to share their talents, educate and showcase their own distinct style. We want for you to be you. Share your visions and your voice. We encourage African American writers as well as women writers to enter!


GUIDELINES:
Limit 2 Haiku (5, 7, 5) poems per entry. There is no limit to the amount of entries. If entering multiple entries, please send poems 2 per email but you can make your payment via Paypal as 1 total payment. Experienced haiku writers need not follow the syllable count. Free format haiku is preferred. Seeking high quality haiku poetry. Please no simultaneous submissions or previously published work. Entries accepted online or by snail mail with cover letter. If entering online, type "Haiku Contest" in subject line to avoid deletion. Paypal payments accepted by clicking on the link below. An automatic confirmation will be sent to our inbox once payment is processed and we will send confirmation letters to all entrants.

Winner and top 2 finalists will be posted on website.
Please send a cover letter via snail mail with your name, brief bio, address, email, phone and title of your work along with your anonymous submission and title or send 2 copies-typed or neatly written poems on 3x5 index cards. Include contact info on the back of one card. Confirmation will be sent by email once payment has been received. Accepts payments by check and money order (only), payable to:
"Lyrical Passion Entertainment, LLC."
Entry fee is non-refundable. No attachments please. Requires one time electronic rights.
