If you could paint a picture,
of you in your candy store
    Would it be of candy?
    or, "something so much more"

Hi Tham and welcome to JPiC - do feel free to introduce yourself via the Member Introductions section. Also - apologies for having accidentally deleted your post in the shoutbox, but the post really needed to be in the forums anyway. If you haven't done so - please see http://jpicforum.info/forum/news-announcements/im-here-now-what-do-i-do-once-registered-6308.html if you haven't done so thus far - but you seem to have posted this thread correctly :)

Anyway - nice little short write. I loved the candy store back in the day. In fact - one of my most favorite artists (Keith Sweat) has a new album out and in my daily rotation. The first track on the album:

Anyway - a little nostalgia going on when I read your poem. I'd go with the "so much more" unless of course (like I posted in the shoutbox) there's sugar babies on the menu.

    Thanks for the share.

    J.

If I could paint a picture
of me in a candy store
You'd want to break a piece of
    the nude chocolate galore

If I were in that candy store,
I would not break the nude
    chocolate galore,
    but savor it
    and ask for more

    Oh! But nude chocolate
    (so milky, so inviting)
    doth water your mouth.
    Savor the spittle;
    Candy store of the south.

If I could paint a picture
of me in a candy store
    Brush strokes of melted sugar
    Syrup, fudge and caramel
    Create the perfect fine art
    A centerpiece of love
