    Creamy luminescence of
    Moonbeams reflecting
    On a glass lake
    In the late evening hour
A hushed forest watches in awe
    As the nocturnal awakening begins
Wandering through the shadow’s of night
    Coming to life
    Under God’s canopy
    Of star filled skies

What a beautiful image. The forest creatures have much to appreciate with the coming of night.

    Hey now PG,

Great visuals throughout, but one word you used really set the poem in motion for me...

Actually, one word and the sentence: Hushed... "A hushed forest watches in awe"......

Damn, that's good... Nice write, thanx for sharin'.

Isn't funny how we have favorite words or certain words just sound better? ...one of my favorite words in lingering...does any of this make sense?
    hugs
