    lit on a whim,
you remember you were taught fear,
the candles light a feeling of safe,
wasting time in any way you choose,
    breaking laws or following rules,

this light means a flouent passion might erupt,
this light this candle exists as a pursuit
    of entwined feelings,

    healings have begun,
    as I search your eyes,

I have found where my spirit rests and flies,

    In this light of longing,
    which I pursue,
running to the sight of you.

Strangely enough this reminded me of a piece of the book hannibal....before you give this a strange look at think too hard about how, I was recently reading hannibal and there is a part in the book where Hannibal lecter is imagining clarice starling running through a park and he envisions her hair bouncing and the nature all around her just this whole sorta gentle sweet moment and thas what I saw in this poem like a small but permanent and meaningful memory of this significant other....nice job and welcome back; Thank you
