    A bright clear day,
Upon this happiness doth reality prey.
Twill I look up at the stars one night
    And see not but light?
    The constellations of ages past
    Looked at through foggy glass

    Through a slippery silver tongue,
The culture of the world is sung.
They are not lies, not a bit,
But they will make you lose your wit.

    A grass so green,
    I have not seen,
since they pointed me to mud.

wow! This is deep and amazing! Very emotive too. Do you have a blog or anywhere else you post your work? I would love to read more. I've seen your stuff here and I am intrigued as to what else you write.

Thank you so much! That really means a lot. I don't have another place where I post things or anything, but there are a couple poems I haven't uploaded to here, and I'm working on a novel, but that won't be finished for probably another year. Thank you so much!
