    Patience is a virtue
    that is said enough
    A really numb brain
    It takes to stay sane

    You get your buttons pressed
They try and put you down
    It's so infuriating and sick
My brain is not there to pick

    Call them bullies
    Call them nasty people
    But they will never win
Because all their evil is on them

    I struggle and struggle
    I scream and I cry
    But they've got you down
and want to push you around

    But funny as it happened
    I finally got past it
It now goes in one ear and out
I'm much stronger now no doubt

    I laugh it all off
and see it like the observer
It's so easy to see it clear
No more anger, no more fear

    Hey Princess:)
I really got into your poem. I understand what you're saying. Hang in there. It gets better from now on. It hits home to many of us, we can relate to your emotional words of reality in your poem. Thanks for sharing.
