    Shifty eyes, a speedy glance
Forever held in the endless dance.
    The world doth wonder?
    Doubtful still.

    The endless night will end?
Twill it be everlasting upon a pen?

    I catch her gaze,
    She never ceases to amaze,
    nor to turn away.
But every now and then I wonder,
    twas it such a blunder?

    Sometimes does she look back?
    I see her, I think,
    but then I blink.
She alone is what my world doth lack.

Sorry for the "twill"s and "doth"s, I was watching a video on Shakespeare and it seemed to flow better that way. This poem is sort of the sequel to the last one I wrote in this forum, or at least it deals with the same subject in a different point in time. Thank you for reading!
