    To touch the sky

    You must keep trying

    To remember to fly

    And forget that you're dying

    You must keep trying

    To wear that crown

    And forget that you're dying

    And never look down

    To wear that crown

    You must not burn

    And never look down

    Don't forget to learn

    You must not burn

    And remember to fly

    Don't forget to learn

    To touch the sky

    Hey Kit,

Well done, I am trying to reach it. Uplifting and insightful. And it should go in a book.

Thank you George and thank you very much Jolie, my dear daughter infected me with this form and I can't seem to stop...they are delightful when you see it all click together like a jigsaw puzzle...but, yes it can be slightly painful in the making.

NICE! I like the flow of your poem! The pantoum is not an easy form to scribe at all - and yours flows rather nicely. I love how the very last stanza culminates, the message is wonderful. It's like a picture movie of sorts that sort of gives the reader that "Aha!" feeling.

    Thanx for the read!

    Exceptionally well written Kit:

In every aspect. The structure was perfect! Your message was surreal and the imagery was right on!
We must all stop to smell the roses. Our time here on earth is very short and the end is nearer than we think.
To do those things we wished we'd have done when we're too old to do them must be done now. We shouldn't wait to see, hear, feel, taste and smell the things that are available right before us.
I always try to remember to do just that.
Thanks for the superb read my friend! keep them coming your talents are indeed excellent!!

    Blessings
