    Trials of Life

I am so very sorry that your day has been a mess,
You don’t deserve the problems that you face,
    Continually confronted with emotional distress,
A life that is more likened to a race.

Your burdens are so heavy and I know they weigh you down,
I wish I had the answer to your plight,
I’d give you my assistance and would take away your frown,
I’d chase your weary blues right out of sight.

But I am no magician and my miracles are none,
    I only offer you encouragement,
I can say a prayer for you, your troubles soon be done,
In fact I have, a prayer for you’s been sent.

No matter what this day has brought, however bleak or black,
Tomorrow, just as always, shines the sun,
Tomorrow may be better or your troubles may be back,
But soon enough your troubles will be done.

Meanwhile....... stay a steady course; be strong in what you do,
Be faithful, thankful, praise Him in your prayer,
For He has plans for all the world and that’s including you,
He gave His son, to show us that He cares………

Indeed...words of encouragement take a person a long, long ways once they ingest them. Soft spoken encouragement is so uplifting to the spirit...and I think the Spirit hears and encouraged too...
