so why do i catch my breath
when picking up the pen this time

    is it another prophecy
or the life i left behind

    silence, it speaks volumes
    for any student knows

    volume in geometry
    the Spirit in Trinity...

    well, at least thats how
    the saying's s'posed to go

    It's different
as I knew it would be
    for laughters birth is
    sometimes a jolt in metre
    a punchline with no set

    Put down your pride
like the wooden sword you know it always was
    back away, wounded dreamer
It is God Himself who defends you

    So be it brother
    amen sister...
it is what it is...let it be.
    grace is sufficient
    then and again
    A Shelpherd theough and through

    It is what it is...

    let it be

Its not what you thought it was
I'm not who you thought I am
    You didnt know me then
making the footprints I leave now more

And less, the things of who I wasu
unless its of things I did
    to touch a life
    in a way that was
unkistakeably, irreversibly the touch of an angel
    guiding my hands and heart.

    It is what it is.
I am who I always said I was
    Til now your pride abounded
    Now say who I am
    because you always knew.
