All Rights Reserved publishes works from emerging and established writers and artists. The journal requests submissions twice a year for our winter and summer publications. We accept poetry, short fiction, creative non-fiction, as well as literary stories told through visual art/photography. Material sent for consideration must be unpublished work.

As a non-profit, volunteer run publication All Rights Reserved cannot offer payment but provides a free copy of the journal to those contributors who are published in the issue.

Please note we are ONLY accepting electronic submissions as .rtf attachments.

The Cover Letter

• Include a brief biographical statement,
• your full mailing address, e-mail address (where applicable) and phone number,
• the title(s) of the piece(s) you are submitting, AND
• the genre of the piece(s) you are submitting (poetry, fiction, non-fiction, etc.).

General

• Send a maximum of six poems OR one story per submission.
• The maximum length for fiction is 2,500 words.
• Graphic shorts should be a maximum of 10 pages, 300 dpi, 5 1/2" x 7", TIFF (PDF, PSD, EPS, AI are also accepted).
• All Rights Reserved does not accept previously published work or simultaneous submissions.
• Your submission should be double-spaced; poetry may be single-spaced.
• Margins of at least 1.5 inches should surround all copy.
• Each page of poetry must contain one poem only.
• Your surname, the title of the piece, and the page number must appear at the top of each page.
